Enjoyment Over Sacrifice
Do you think cooking at home is dull and full of sacrifices? Let me show you how enjoyable it can be.
For me, cooking means enjoying, experimenting, and having lots of fun in the kitchen. From personal experience, I know it can enrich your life – without feeling like you’re giving something up.
This way, you can achieve what many struggle with: maintaining a cooking routine that delights your taste buds and fits into your busy schedule.
The world is full of delicious foods and dishes. Some are traditional, others are innovative. Let’s discover them together!
Respect for Nature
A healthy and biodiverse environment is very important to me. That’s why I focus on eating, cooking, and shopping as sustainably as possible.
Seasonal and local ingredients take center stage in my kitchen, and I prefer foods produced with minimal environmental impact.
However, I don’t believe in strict abstinence. Instead, I think it’s more practical to use, for example, fruits and vegetables that have traveled long distances in moderation rather than banning them entirely and missing out on a variety of ingredients.
Moreover, environmental protection isn’t always straightforward. For instance, the carbon footprint of some imported fruits can be significantly lower than the emissions from driving to the store. Additionally, a locally sourced apple may not be eco-friendly if purchased out of season after months in energy-intensive storage.
